At L’Adresse Privée, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every piece in our collection. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent return process.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window. To initiate a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition: unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Complete with all original tags attached.

Inside its original packaging (including dust bags and authenticity cards).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Approval: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Instructions: Upon approval, we will provide specific return instructions and the appropriate return address for your region.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty, or the wrong product was delivered. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Cancellations & Order Changes
Due to our automated logistics system, order processing begins within 12 hours of placement.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

Urgent Changes: If you need to modify an address, size, or variant, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes requested within the first 6 hours, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is in the fulfillment stage.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, for sizing issues, please email us — we evaluate complimentary size exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
5. Damages & Discrepancies
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. UK & EU "Cooling-off" Period
In accordance with UK and EU consumer regulations, customers shipping to these regions have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. The same eligibility criteria (original condition and packaging) apply.
7. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and security reasons, we do not accept returns on:

8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
